If you are unable to travel due to the Coronavirus, you can return your whole order to us within 28 days for a refund at the latest exchange rates (although we won't refund you more than your originally paid, and we cannot refund your delivery charge).
There are a few currencies which our wholesalers cannot accept due to current repatriation issues, so please be aware that we cannot offer a buyback for them.
Just complete our online Buyback Request Form and we will confirm you eligible for buyback, provide an indicative quote, and provide instructions on how and where to return the currency. We strongly recommend using fully insure Royal Mail Special Delivery to safeguard your currency in transit.
